Colder weather generally results in most of the population coming down with colds, sniffles and sneezing. This year I’m trying to be a bit proactive and help boost my body’s defences to limit the impact of the bugs that I’m inevitably coming into contact with on a daily basis. Here’s what I’m trying to do:
Add vitamin C and Zinc to my daily supplements;
Drink more water;
Avoid touching things on public transport or the pin keys on point of sale card machines;
Carry some disinfectant gel or wipes.
