Be a bit proactive and help boost your body’s defences to limit the impact of the bugs that you’re inevitably coming into contact with on a daily basis:

  1. Add vitamin C and Zinc to your daily supplements;
  2. Eat honey;
  3. Drink more water;
  4. Exercise regularly;
  5. Avoid touching things on public transport or the pin keys on point of sale card machines;
  6. Carry some disinfectant gel or wipes.
