Be a bit proactive and help boost your body’s defences to limit the impact of the bugs that you’re inevitably coming into contact with on a daily basis:
- Add vitamin C and Zinc to your daily supplements;
- Eat honey;
- Drink more water;
- Exercise regularly;
- Avoid touching things on public transport or the pin keys on point of sale card machines;
- Carry some disinfectant gel or wipes.
